Who we are

Pro Network is published by Apptastic Tech Sp. z o.o., Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 74/320, 50-020 Wrocław, Poland. Apptastic Tech Sp. z o.o. is the controller responsible for personal data processed through this site. Contact: finance@apptastic.mobi.

What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. The site does not have accounts, comments or a contact form.

• Hosting logs. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
• Newsletter. Our newsletter is not open yet. The signup boxes on the site are placeholders: they do not send your email address anywhere and nothing you type is stored. Before signups open, we will update this policy to name the newsletter provider and explain how your address is handled.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.

Cookies and device storage

We store one item on your device: your cookie choice (the key pro-network-consent in local storage), so the banner does not appear on every visit. This is necessary for the site to remember your decision.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party font service. If we add analytics or advertising in future, those tools will stay off until you click Accept, and you will be able to change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Share buttons

The share buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to Facebook, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Reddit unless you click one, at which point you leave our site and that service's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To use your rights, write to finance@apptastic.mobi.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the way we handle data changes, for example when the newsletter opens, and change the date at the top.
